海关总署10日公布2010年全年中国外贸进出口情况。据海关统计,2010年中国外贸进出口总值29727.6亿美元,比上年同期(下同)增长34.7%。其中出口15779.3亿美元,增长31.3%;进口13948.3亿美元,增长38.7%;贸易顺差为1831亿美元,减少6.4%。
与此同时,根据《中国经济新闻》的数据库,中国贸易顺差与进出口总值的比例从2008年的11.6%降至2009年的8.9%,2010年进一步降低至6.2%,对外贸易总体向基本平衡的方向发展。另外,2010年12月份,中国进出口值达到创纪录的2952.2亿美元,同比增长21.4%,环比增长4%。
在与主要贸易伙伴双边贸易中,在2010年,欧盟仍然保持着中国最大的贸易伙伴地位,中欧双边贸易总值达到了4797.1亿美元,同比增长31.8%。另一方面,由于对华出口较多,欧中双边贸易赤字仍远低于美中贸易赤字。
作为中国第二大贸易伙伴的美国,在2010年与中国的贸易总值为3853.4亿美元,同比增长了29.2%。虽然,中美贸易总体上保持稳定,但是美国的贸易赤字仍然不断恶化。去年12月份非石油类进口商品价格的不断上涨突出表明,由于美元走软,美国可能面临输入通胀的风险。另外,中国与日本的贸易额也跃升到了2977.7 亿美元,同比增长了30.2%。
2010年,中国与东盟、印度、澳大利亚、巴西、俄罗斯等新兴市场双边贸易快速增长,为双边经贸关系奠定了良好基础,双边经贸关系不断加强。尤其值得注意的是,在2010年中国与东盟建立自由贸易区以来,其中与东盟的双边贸易总值劲增37.5%,突破性的达到2927.8亿美元。另外,印度成为中国第10大贸易伙伴,双边贸易总值为617.6亿美元,增长42.4%。此外,我与澳大利亚、巴西和俄罗斯双边贸易总值分别增长46.5%、47.5%和43.1%。
The General Administration of Customs (GAC) announced 2010 China's foreign trade situation. In addition, December 2010, China’s foreign trade hit a record high of 295.2 billion U.S. dollars, representing year-on-year growth of 21.4 percent and a month-on-month rise of 4 percent.
In bilateral trade with major trading partners, The European Union remained China's largest trade partner in 2010, with EU-China trade up 31.8 percent year on year to 479.71 billion U.S. dollars. On the other hand, Europe's bilateral deficit remains much lower than that of the US because it exports more to China.
As the China’s second largest trade partner, the United States trade with China rose 29.2 percent year on year to 385.34 billion U.S. dollars. Although,in generally China-US trade keeps stable, but the U.S. trade deficit is still deteriorating. Rising non-oil import prices in December underscored the risk that the US could import inflation due to the weak dollar. In addition, China-Japan trade jumped 30.2 percent year on year to 297.77 billion U.S. dollars.
In 2010, China rapid growth of bilateral trade with ASEAN, India, Australia, Brazil, Russia and other emerging markets, which have laid solid foundation for bilateral economic and trade ties and pushed forward bilateral collaboration in these aspects. Attracting attention, trade between China and the Association of Southeast Asian Nations (ASEAN) surged 37.5 percent to 292.78 billion U.S. dollars after a free trade area was launched between the two regions at the start of 2010. In addition, India becomes the China’s 10th largest trade partner, trade with China jumped 42.4 percent to 61.76 billion U.S. dollar. Furthermore, Australia, Brazil, Russia and China’s bilateral trade value increased by 46.5%, 47.5% and 43.1%.
